Our order cutoff is every Wednesday at 6 pm. We offer delivery and pickup on Fridays. Deliveries are made on Fridays & Saturdays each week in Nashville, usually between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will receive a text the morning of delivery with a more precise ETA.

What is the delivery window?


Our meals stay fresh for 3-5 days after you receive your delivery. Refrigerate immediately upon receiving your order if not consumed on the same day.

How long do meals last?

For online orders, you can choose between delivery and free pickup.

We deliver to most of the greater Nashville area, including Franklin, Nolensville, Murfreesboro, and Mount Juliet.


We do offer single-serve plates one weekend a month or at scheduled events. Please see our Pop-Up Schedule for updates.

We ship in most US States via FedEx every other Wednesday. Please fill out the catering inquiry form for your order request. Shipping cost will be calculated after the order is placed, based on location.
